Have we not been in a spot where we feel like we’re done for, that this is the one situation that will certainly bring us down? As Christians, we likely will turn to God in prayer. What do we do after that? Do we allow fear and anxiety to overcome us, or do we stay strong and take courage trusting that God will respond in his time?
When we wait on the Lord, we have to be patient and know that God will see us through the situation no matter how dreadful the situation may seem. Off course we have to do our part in the meantime e.g. make a doctor’s appointment if necessary, or paddle ourselves out of the rough sea, or make a few phone calls to people who may be able to help us.
Ultimately, we have to let our hearts take courage, trusting that God answers every prayer in his way and in his time.
